Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary of €90,000 per annum, including an 8% holiday pay, and a travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre. Additionally, you will be entitled to a PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%, and profit sharing based on company results.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop functional descriptions, drawings, and other basic engineering documents for power distribution, lighting, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain specification documents of all electrical components and installation processes.
  • Write detailed test and validation plans to ensure compliance with Class regulations and customer requirements.
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors to obtain timely contributions to the project.
  • Review vendors' and subcontractors' designs and implement them in the vessel's design.
  • Develop and describe standards and working methods for detailed engineering and commissioning.
  • Provide support in proposal stages by developing conceptual designs of electrical power systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience designing complex electrical systems, preferably in maritime, offshore, or industrial installations.
  • Experience in designing EMC-compliant solutions; knowledge of TEMPEST regulations is a plus.
  • Professional experience working in complex projects with multidisciplinary sub-teams and multiple suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Experience working in a model-based system engineering environment (MBSE) according to the V-model.
  • Bachelor's or Master's level in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent references, as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
