Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Excellence team at Wonderkind. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, strategy, and recruitment, while making a meaningful impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations- Assist in HR operations tasks, including working with our employee payroll and admin system NMBRS.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including employee engagement and initiatives.
- Gain exposure to HR strategy through participation in team meetings and projects.
- Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage and maintain our career site.
- Support the development of HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and talent management, Learning & Development programs.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Organized and structured with developed attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Passion for HR and interest in learning about HR operations, strategy, and recruitment.
