About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at JRC/Alphatron Marine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requests are followed up in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer requests and quotations via email and phone;
- Prepare and process orders in our ERP system;
- Support colleagues in their work and provide excellent customer service;
- Supervise projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level with commercial mindset;
- Affinity with technology and experience with MS Office and ERP systems;
- Independence and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
