Sales Development Representative at Engaige Technologies

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Engaige Technologies. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Initial Outreach and Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating Engaige's value proposition and understanding their needs.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for sales strategies.
- Sales & Marketing Optimisation: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
About You:
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Dutch.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of marketing activities to drive effective sales campaigns.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving results.
