We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our company's international projects focusing on embedded systems. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share in the embedded systems segment in Western Europe and North America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and by providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively promote our products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop strategies that enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
  • Stay updated with advancements in embedded systems and related technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in electronic and/or software engineering.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of embedded systems.
  • Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
