Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Turbomachinery Engineer to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our next-generation turbomachinery solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the world's energy transition and reducing emissions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop gas turbine components and assemblies
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) simulations and calculations to support the design process
- Lead technical investigations and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing processes
- Manage development projects and tasks, mentoring junior engineers and providing technical support to Supply chain, Operations, and Field Service
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Working knowledge of mechanical design of gas turbine components
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent software
- Experience with FEA and high-temperature materials
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lifetime assessments of gas turbine components
