Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Knowledge Management Intern. As a key member of our Business Control Office team, you will play a crucial role in implementing Knowledge Management initiatives across the HR domain of ING.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the current knowledge landscape within HR and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop standardized templates for HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the development of test scenarios based on functional requirements and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a Knowledge Management dashboard using Power BI.
  • Provide administrative support for various meetings, calls, reporting, and project coordination activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master or Bachelor's degree (third-year bachelor) in Human Resources, Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
