Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist with our Knowledge Management projects. You will be part of the Business Control Office team, which operates independently within Global HR. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience alongside our HR experts, focusing on the implementation of Knowledge Management across the HR landscape at ING, both globally and locally. Your contributions will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement in the current HR knowledge framework.
  • Developing standardized templates for HR processes to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Assisting in the creation of test scenarios based on functional specifications, aiding in process improvements.
  • Contributing to the development of a Knowledge Management dashboard utilizing Power BI.
  • Supporting various meetings, calls, reporting, project coordination tasks, and project documentation.

How to Succeed

To excel in this enriching opportunity, you should possess:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (third-year bachelor) student with a keen interest in Human Resources, Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or Non-financial Risk.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and dynamic environment.
