Breitling is a pioneering luxury watch brand that embodies the spirit of adventure and innovation. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Amsterdam Boutique.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build and retain a loyal customer base by offering a superior customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Maintain Boutique Standards: Ensure that the boutique is consistently maintained to the highest standards, with a focus on cleanliness, appearance, and visual merchandising.
  • Capture Customer Insights: Gather meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and tailor future opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Attend Events and Trainings: Participate in ad-hoc client and company events, extend product knowledge through proactive research, and attend trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Stay Informed and Adaptable: Proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Support Health and Safety: Assist the Boutique Management in upholding and maintaining health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and efficiently.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English, with German being an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to interact with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital communication and social media applications.
  • Service-Oriented: Courteous behavior and a service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to listen, adapt, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Selling Techniques: Strong selling techniques to appeal to any customer's needs and preferences.
  • After-Sales Service: Ability to guarantee an impeccable after-sales service in line with company standards.
  • Availability: Willingness to work one day of the weekend.
