About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Night Shift Crew Member to join our team at Moxy Schiphol Hotel. As a Night Shift Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, working closely with the team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Process payments, including resolving late and disputed charges.
  • Answer and record guest calls, messages, and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding hotel facilities and local areas of interest.
  • Serve and prepare beverages and food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Run the night audit and prepare reservations for the next day.
  • Assist with preparing and serving breakfast.
Requirements
  • Be a team player with a passion for hospitality.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Experience with Opera and Micros is considered an advantage.
  • Be available to work weekdays and weekends in different shifts.
  • Be willing to take on new challenges and develop your skills.
  • Have experience in running the Night Audit.
