About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Moxy Schiphol team as a Crew Day/Night member. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest payments, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
  • Respond to guest calls, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about the hotel and local area.
  • Serve and prepare beverages and food to guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our food and safety program (HACCP).
  • Conduct night audits and prepare reservations for the next day.
  • Assist with preparing and serving breakfast.
Requirements
  • Be a team player with a passion for hospitality.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Experience with Opera and Micros is considered an advantage.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
  • Be willing to take on new challenges and develop your skills.
  • Have experience running night audits.
