About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Moxy Crew Day/Night team as a Front Office Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, resolve any disputes or issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Property Information: Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about our hotel and local attractions.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Night Audit: Conduct the night audit, prepare reservations for the next day, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Breakfast Service: Assist with preparing and serving breakfast to our guests.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a front office or customer service capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems, an advantage.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, including weekends.
  • Personal Style: Ability to bring a personal touch to every guest interaction.
