About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Amsterdam-based team, servicing clients in the Benelux region. As a key member of our Market Team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery at all strategic accounts, from operational project management to regular client check-ins. You will actively guide clients to increase adoption of our Sigrid platform, develop and manage relations at different business levels, and contribute to the development of other Customer Success Managers and the role within SIG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date administration of the project portfolio in FinancialForce, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and installments.
  • Guide clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance.
  • Educate Customer Success Managers on best practices relevant to the job.
  • Identify skills and competencies needed for account delivery and expansion.
  • Train and develop other Customer Success Managers to improve their support and client relationship management skills.
  • Create and facilitate a Customer Success community for knowledge sharing and learning.
  • Develop a vision for Customer Success moving forward in SIG and create a support base for this.
  • Ensure adherence to SIG's security policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, preferably in Business and IT.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT.
  • Technical savvy, flexible, and creative.
  • Ability to spot commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player.
  • Analytical, able to learn quickly, and geared to problem-solving.
  • Opinionated, strong listener, seeking to understand first.
  • Customer-focused with a service mentality, both internally and externally.
  • Proactive attitude, self-starting, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, verbally and written.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager is a plus.
  • Relevant IT management experience is a bonus.
