We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Technical Expert to join our skilled Technical Services team. The preferred locations for this role are Drunen, the Netherlands or Rubbestadneset, Norway.
About Your Responsibilities:
- You will provide the highest level of technical support for our propulsion products, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality support enabled by world-class competences in propulsion equipment.
- Handling technical requests from external and internal customers worldwide, you will focus on installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- You will contribute to product improvement, creating Service Bulletins, and participating in root cause analyses to drive excellence in our services.
- Your expertise will be invaluable in performing technical field investigations and screening field service reports, enabling efficient world-class support.
- Closely cooperating with partner teams within Technical Service Propulsion and Expert Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
To Succeed in This Role:
- You should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or equivalent.
- A strong background in mechanics, hydraulics, machinery controls, and propulsion systems/rotary equipment is essential.
- Relevant experience with marine equipment operations and/or installation and maintenance will be considered an advantage.
- You must possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a structured approach to your work.
- A customer-oriented and service-minded approach is vital, as is fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Dutch and Norwegian language skills will be considered an asset, and willingness to travel occasionally is required.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
