Job Description

You will lead the development of data engineering solutions, leveraging Microsoft Power BI, AWS, and Snowflake, to enable business intelligence capabilities within our Asset and Wealth Management division. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a highly innovative technical team, driving growth in the Platform Enablement space. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and rolling out Power BI platform solutions
  • Migrating GSAM BV Power BI resources to the Goldman Sachs' Power BI platform
  • Guiding senior stakeholders in risk assessment, technical problem-solving, and decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Real-world experience in deploying Business Intelligence (BI) projects, data warehousing, and ETL
  • Experience in creating reports, dashboards, datasets, and working with large varieties of data sources in Power BI
  • Cloud data platforms (AWS/Snowflake) experience is essential
  • Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Testing
  • Security & compliance awareness, operating in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, presenting complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
