We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the German markets. This position is pivotal for our sales organization to achieve ambitious growth targets across specific sectors within the Enterprise Market.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on generating outbound leads for our Sales team. This role serves as a vital first or second step in your career in software sales, allowing you to engage with and qualify new target accounts effectively.

  • Drive lead generation for our Connectivity Platform, including SMS, Business Messaging API, Voice, and One-Time Password solutions.
  • Research and identify prospective clients, demonstrating how CM can add value, while qualifying leads through outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling techniques.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to systematically achieve your objectives and enhance your performance.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess budget considerations during discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate on local and international outreach campaigns for significant industry events.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in software sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • A curious mindset, capable of initiating and leading conversations.
  • The ability to view challenges as opportunities and apply creativity to achieve objectives.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
