Job Title: Order Administration Employee

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Administration Employee to join our team at Randstad. As an Order Administration Employee, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communicate with customers regarding order status
  • Enter sales orders into the ERP system and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and good understanding of Spanish (Dutch is a plus)
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and precisely
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
