Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant to drive the adoption of IT solutions within Canon EMEA's HR function/domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing functional and technical requirements from the business and translating these into IT requirements to ensure the best fitting solution.
Key responsibilities include supporting the HR domain in all aspects of IT processes, leading implementation on best fitting IT solutions, and acting as an end-to-end coordinator for IT deliverables. You will also translate business requirements into IT solution designs, provide expertise in the design of solutions, and manage external IT providers on delivering to promise and ensuring optimal alignment of the external delivery model with the business requirements.
As an Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant, you will need to have excellent problem-solving and sound-decision making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have solid knowledge of the domain applications, proven by certification or track record, and strong experience in writing functional requirements following use cases.
