At Canon, we're looking for an Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant to drive IT solution adoption within our HR function. You'll capture functional and technical requirements from the business and translate them into IT requirements, ensuring the best-fitting solution.

This role is all about driving IT solutions across multiple countries, so you'll need to be adept at creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designing business models using UML diagrams.

  • You'll support the HR domain in all aspects of IT processes and lead implementation on best-fitting IT solutions.
  • You'll act as end-to-end coordinator for IT deliverables, ensuring stakeholder management, delivery management, and execution of projects and BAU.
  • You'll translate business requirements into IT solution designs and provide expertise in the design of solutions.
  • You'll manage external IT providers on delivering to promise and ensuring optimal alignment of the external delivery model with the business requirements.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant functional/technical design experience in HR systems implementation, preferably across multiple countries and/or regions.
  • Good functional and technology understanding and experience of HR business processes.
