Head of Operations (MedApp) (m/f/d)

MedApp, a subsidiary of Redcare Pharmacy, is part of the Redcare Pharmacy group, leading the Netherlands medication management mission.

As Head of Operations, you will translate MedApp's vision into operational goals and lead all operational teams. Using your analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset, you will optimize processes, improve business results, and increase employee and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the operational teams and drive MedApp's change agenda daily. This involves determining the roadmap and working with teams to ensure all projects are successfully executed. You will report directly to the CEO and play an important role in the management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the operational vision and strategy that contributes to MedApp's goals to become the market leader in the Netherlands;
  • Managing team leads in operations and coaching them to improve their leadership skills;
  • Monitoring targets and intervening where necessary by implementing new projects to improve the business;
  • Challenging the tech team to support the business in implementing necessary innovations;
  • Aligning goals and resources during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle;
  • Making a measurable contribution to growing into the undisputed market leader;
  • Exceeding the AOP's P&L goals by working with the management team to find solutions that open new doors;

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in operational leadership roles within a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a strong affinity for (e-)pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical wholesale;
  • Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary and complex organizations, ideally with clear P&L responsibility;
  • Experience in collaboration between technical and operational teams;
  • Leadership mindset with proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching, and leading team leaders with a hands-on mentality;
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication and negotiation skills;
