Join Our Team as a Human Resources Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre. As a Trainee HR, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and personnel administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job profiles, posting job ads, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in preparing new employee onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Manage personnel administration tasks, such as updating employee records and processing leave requests.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Availability for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week.
  • Availability to work a 38-hour workweek.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive trainee allowance of €750,- per month.
  • A 38-hour workweek.
  • A night-shift allowance of 20% and a Sunday allowance of 5%.
