LCM Manager X-Ray Detectors Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced LCM Manager to lead our X-Ray Detector team. As a key member of our Imaging Chain Cluster, you will be responsible for managing X-ray detectors across our installed base of approximately 50,000 units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the LCM team in the Netherlands, ensuring high-quality, serviceable, and reliable detectors in our systems.
  • Monitor and report on product quality in the installed base and factory rejects during system manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement process improvement activities to enhance product quality.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including suppliers and customers, and internal partners, such as Operations, Customer Services, and Procurement.
  • Execute engineering changes and ensure the introduction of high-quality products through New Product Development.

Requirements:

  • MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of technical development and demonstrated ability in People & Project management.
  • Experience with Healthcare Regulatory aspects, effective communication skills, and a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products and hardware development/maintenance.
  • Experience in detector technologies is considered a plus.
