Job Title: Life Cycle Manager X-Ray Detectors

Philips is seeking a highly skilled Life Cycle Manager X-Ray Detectors to join our Imaging Chain Cluster team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of X-ray detectors, ensuring high-quality, serviceable, and reliable detectors in our systems.

Your Role:
  • Lead the LCM team and ensure the sustaining of high-quality detectors.
  • Monitor and report on product quality in the installed base and factory rejects.
  • Define and implement process improvement activities to enhance product quality.
  • Handle relationships with external partners, including suppliers and customers, and internal partners, such as Operations, Customer Services, and Procurement.
  • Manage and execute engineering changes.
  • Safeguard the introduction of high-quality products through New Product Development.
Requirements:
  • MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of technical development and demonstrated ability in People & Project management.
  • Experience with Healthcare Regulatory aspects, effective communication skills, and a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products and hardware development/maintenance.
  • Experience in detector technologies is considered a plus.
