Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Olympia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring the progress and handling of exceptional services and products.
- Managing the administrative handling of customer service-related inquiries, such as customer requests and complaints.
- Responsible for the correct handling, both administratively and communicatively, of (customs) documentation for shipments.
- Prioritizing and releasing orders in the system based on priority and date.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the warehouse to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment.
Requirements
- A background and passion to grow in Customer Service;
- Available fulltime in dayshift from monday till friday (08:00 AM - 16:30 PM);
- You can work independently and know how to set priorities;
- Strong communication level in English.
What We Offer
- The gross hourly wage is between €13,68 and €15,58, depending on the experience you already have;
- You get 10% holiday hours.
- You will also receive 8% holiday pay.
- Building up Pension from your first working day on.
- You can receive a maximum of €9.30 per day in travel expenses (for a single journey of 20 kilometers).
