We are looking for a Chief Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam.

Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of financial operations, shaping the future of finance with us. The position involves leading accounting operations, managing treasury functions, overseeing tax compliance and regulatory obligations, preparing and presenting financial reports, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and annual closes.
  • Manage treasury functions, optimizing financial resources.
  • Oversee tax compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, adhering to IFRS standards.
  • Take charge of monthly closing, annual financial audit, payroll review, and inter-group balance reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent study.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, and taxation (minimum 3 years).
  • Fluent English and B2-level Dutch communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics F&O).
