We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Strategist to lead our global app optimization efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail group, MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, and contribute to enhancing the user experience of our mobile app.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy for app experience optimization, aligning with company goals to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a global strategy for app experience optimization, ensuring consistency across all regions while allowing for localized adjustments to meet specific market needs.
  • Lead app optimization projects from planning through execution, coordinating with product, design, tech, and regional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Work closely with local e-commerce and digital teams to understand regional requirements and incorporate them into the global app experience strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between global and regional teams, sharing best practices, insights, and innovations to foster a cohesive and efficient approach to app optimization.
  • Monitor app performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, highlighting project progress, key achievements, and areas for further enhancement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, UX/UI, or mobile app optimization, ideally in a global role.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and app analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a portfolio showcasing successful optimization projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of design and prototyping.
