Job Title: Circle Lead MA Data

As a Circle Lead for Management Accounting Data, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in organizing, recording, and processing various types of data, contributing to up-to-date management accounting systems and datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver operations according to agreed service levels, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve, optimize sourcing strategies, and drive employee engagement and diversity.
  • Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Contribute to the formation of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights.
  • Monitor and review performance and behavior to identify and resolve non-compliance with policies and regulatory codes.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree (University/Postgraduate) and ~10 years of experience in the area of expertise.
  • Relevant experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives (~5 years).
  • Technical skills in areas such as Compliance Management, Customer Service Delivery, Managing Change, Planning and Organizing, Policy and Regulation, and Resourcing and Workforce Planning.
  • Behavioral skills such as Building Effective Teams, Collaborating, Customer Focus, Demonstrate Self-Awareness, Drives Engagement, Drive Results, Ensure Accountability, Instil Trust, and Nimble Learning.
