Circle Lead MA Data

As a Circle Lead for MA Data, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in organizing, recording, and processing various types of data, contributing to up-to-date management accounting systems and datasets. Your goal will be to ensure that data is accurately recorded, managed, and processed within systems, and that business events and related tasks are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant (control) standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver operations according to agreed service levels, while staying safe, reliable, and compliant on your services.
- Continuously look for ways to improve, to further optimize the sourcing strategy, and to further drive employee engagement and diversity.
- Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols in your scope of responsibility to ensure the department complies with regulations and good financial practice.
- Contribute to the formation of a key element of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.
- Monitor and review performance and behavior's within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions, including continuing professional development to build their professional capabilities. Coach and mentor the people in your line of responsibility to support the development of the COOF talent pool.
- Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
- Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization.
- Identify and manage stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field of management accounting and data processing. You should have a strong understanding of financial policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, leading teams, and driving business growth. Additionally, you should be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and colleagues.
