The Role

We're seeking an experienced Application Management Payroll Lead to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll work closely with our near-shore teams in Granada, Spain, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide.

As a payroll expert, you'll define customer requirements in workshops, create payroll design documents, and lead the payroll team in building and testing solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers and support other teams involved in the project.

With a strong background in SAP payroll and knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP payroll
  • Knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation
  • Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday (nice to have)
  • Ability to program in ABAP (nice to have)
