The Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Management Lead Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our payroll solutions team, you will be responsible for leading projects for our new customers, defining requirements, creating payroll design documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Our team works closely with near-shore teams in Granada, Spain, and you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of payroll specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects for new customers, defining requirements and creating payroll design documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data migration, integration, testing, and operational readiness
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Work on payroll maintenance for existing customers, focusing on legal issues and complex problems
  • Train and coach junior colleagues
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP payroll
  • Knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
