The Senior Partner Manager at Esri is responsible for cultivating and enhancing partnerships with systems integrators and business allies to collaboratively promote and drive the adoption of Esri's innovative technology solutions. This role requires leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm to boost revenue, enhance Esri's visibility in the European market, and identify critical partner solutions. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and Esri's distributor network to ensure partners maximize the benefits of our technology and market reach.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with Esri account managers, business development teams, and industry marketing leaders to formulate sales and marketing strategies for partners. Provide support and guidance to business partners, ensuring their development, marketing, and sales initiatives align with Esri's strategic objectives. Share insights and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify sales and business development opportunities with current partners and systems integrators. Align the requirements of Esri's sales teams with partner offerings to achieve new sales targets. Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities and facilitate the purchasing process.
- Results Orientation: Engage with both new and existing key partners within the Esri Partner Network Program. Collaborate with select partners to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Assist partners in defining and refining Esri-based solutions and offerings.
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the advancement of Esri's Partner Network business objectives and procedures, both internally and externally. Serve as a balanced advocate for both the partner and Esri's strategic goals. Represent Esri at key industry events and work towards recruiting new business partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or relevant consulting and program management.
- Experience across various industries.
- International experience with a network of business partners and systems integrators.
- Proven track record in managing the sales cycle and establishing partnerships as a trusted advisor.
- Expertise in visual storytelling and negotiation at all organizational levels.
- Advanced skills in developing and managing sales strategies and plans across different levels, including individual partners and national accounts.
- Familiarity with Esri technology to support partner campaigns throughout the lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages as required.
- Established experience in channel management and business partner development.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- General understanding of data science or spatial analysis and its application in problem-solving.
- Awareness of marketing strategies and tactics.
