Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at syncreon America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and assigning maintenance tasks, as well as coordinating with maintenance technicians and other stakeholders to ensure efficient work execution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, in consultation with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
- Maintain and update databases with relevant information on a continuous basis, providing reports to management as required.
- Coordinate and task maintenance technicians to perform daily checks, PM requirements, maintenance requests, and other works identified by internal and external sources.
- Ensure capabilities and resources are available for completion of routine, priority, and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Create or maintain systems for capturing data from daily, weekly internal and external activities or checklists used to carry out and record these tasks.
- Liaise with and coordinate with contractors as required to ensure all outsourced maintenance is done as required to prevent any delays or capability issues.
- Ensure team members are trained and proficient with emergency action plans, such as power or equipment failures, fire, leaks/flooding, and sprinkler issues.
- Ensure team members are using QEHS central to all aspects of maintenance on site and all relevant documentation is completed and maintained.
- Education: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary MBO, HBO, or Higher education.
- Trade: Electrician, Welder, Mechanic, Plumber, or related experience in engineering.
- Experience: 5-7 years in a relevant field of experience.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, SAP, AutoCAD (beneficial).
- Traits: Proactive, determined, initiative, leader by example, and team builder.
- Language: Both English and Dutch (as a minimum written and verbal, to communicate both internally and externally).
