About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team at Boston Scientific.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse modeling strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce replenishment frequency.
- Investigate and resolve service complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and execute daily inventory control activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Analyze and report on stock-related issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory optimization initiatives and improve overall warehouse performance.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve inventory control processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 06:00 – 14:30 & 14:30 – 23:00
