Je functie
Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Coördinator ter versterking van ons team. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, boekingen en afhandeling van zendingen. Je hebt relevante ervaring in wegtransport en komt te werken in een hecht team dat zich inzet om de klant(en) optimaal van dienst te zijn. Je werkt in een multi-client warehouse waar we verschillende klanten bedienen binnen de industriële en automotive sector. Fulltime: 40 uur per week.
Je verantwoordelijkheden
- Je behartigt dagelijks de belangen van jouw klant(en);
- Je coördineert de inkomende en uitgaande zendingen;
- Je genereert rapportages om de operaties optimaal in beeld te brengen, bijvoorbeeld door middel van weeklijsten en analyses van goederenstromen;
- Je behandelt spoed- en backorders en stemt deze af met je klant(en), de planning en het magazijn;
- Je neemt deel aan operationele vergaderingen, zowel intern als extern, om de voortgang in het warehouse te bespreken;
- Je volgt binnenkomende klachten nauwgezet op, inclusief het direct opvolgen van meldingen van de klant(en);
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's op het klantaccount;
- Je bent een spil in een dynamische en uitdagende omgeving.
Jouw vaardigheden en ervaringen
- Je hebt MBO/HBO denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een afgeronde opleiding in de logistiek of economie;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je bent servicegericht en kunt goed omgaan met stress;
- Je bent minimaal 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
