About the Role:As a Luxury Beauty Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing inspirational and personalized customer experiences that educate, inspire, and delight them. You will have a deep understanding of Tom Ford's brand heritage and reputation for products and services that exceed expectations.
You will consistently exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding product knowledge, high makeup artistry expertise, and strong commitment to achieving all retail sales targets. Your passion for people, our company, products, and services will ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' retail experience (preferably within beauty) and 2-3 years' makeup artistry experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences
- Provide in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty products and services
- Meet or exceed retail sales targets
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A competitive salary of approximately €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience
