Job Title: Senior Business Controller Marketing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller Marketing to join our team at Rituals. As a Senior Business Controller Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and improving the Plan & Control cycle with data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a solid business partner of our global Marketing team with a leading role in planning, analysis, and reporting in close coordination with Market Control.
- Lead the Planning & Control (i.e. forecasting / Business Reviews) cycle for senior management of (Digital) Marketing.
- Improve insights by developing new standards for Marketing, Digital performance marketing, and Promotions forecasting and reporting with our Reporting & BI team.
- Provide support for decision making with executive presentations during Plan & Control cycle for Group Control.
- Execute and Develop the Plan & Control cycle for your budget drivers: from accurate planning, insightful reporting to business cases.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Economics related fields, preferably in combination with a RC-degree.
- Approx. 7 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a Marketing related surrounding.
- Strong analytical, communicating, change management, and consulting skills.
- Work experience within Ecommerce or Retail in a commercial environment is a plus.
- Strong Dutch and English verbal and written language skills are required.
