Job Title: Senior Business Controller Marketing Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Controller to take leadership on everything related to Marketing in a fast-growth environment. You will manage and improve the Plan & Control cycle with data-driven decision making.

As a Senior Business Controller Marketing Lead, you will report directly to the Director of Business Control Group. You will support the fast-growing global marketing team in planning and delivering its goals fueled by a strong commercial calendar. Moreover, you will support our senior management with insights and advice to allocate our marketing spend in the best way across the company.

You are part of the central Control & Analytics team, stationed in Amsterdam. Your role includes:

  • Act as a solid business partner of our global Marketing team with a leading role in planning, analysis, and reporting in close coordination with Market Control.
  • Lead the Planning & Control (i.e., forecasting/Business Reviews) cycle for senior management of (Digital) Marketing.
  • Improve insights by developing new standards for Marketing, Digital performance marketing, and Promotions forecasting and reporting with our Reporting & BI team.
  • Provide support for decision making with executive presentations during the Plan & Control cycle for Group Control.
  • Execute and Develop the Plan & Control cycle for your budget drivers: from accurate planning, insightful reporting to business cases.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Economics-related fields, preferably in combination with a RC-degree.
  • Approx. 7 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a Marketing-related surrounding.
  • Strong analytical, communicating, change management, and consulting skills.
  • Work experience within Ecommerce or Retail in a commercial environment is a plus.
  • Strong Dutch and English verbal and written language skills are required.
