Procurement Manager - HR

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead our procurement strategies and drive organizational success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related contracts and utilizing your expertise in stakeholder management to ensure a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with internal teams and collaborating with suppliers;
  • Drive growth within the HR category by procuring the right products and services;
  • Strategically manage the category and optimize the procurement process;
  • Utilize your analytical skills to steer the supply chain to success in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of purchasing experience within a logistics environment;
  • A proven track record in stakeholder management;
  • Experience in negotiating large HR contracts;
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent knowledge of Excel and good presentation skills;
  • Skills to structure activities, manage projects and changes;
  • Fluent command of the English language;
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other purchasing programs is a plus.
What We Offer

A gross annual salary of €76,000 with excellent secondary benefits, including a bonus. We are committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
