About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards such as IFRS and local GAAP.

Your expertise will drive efficiency, support business growth, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure seamless financial reporting, adhering to IFRS, local GAAP, and company policies.
  • Oversight of Financial Operations: Lead the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and management reporting, guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
  • Internal Controls & Audit: Develop and maintain a robust control environment in line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, leading internal and external audit processes.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, partnering with external consultants and auditors on statutory audits.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial control and accounting within a multinational company.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
