Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Intk.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify and target new prospects, generate demand through inside sales and direct client contact.
- Manage the overall retention process for current accounts, oversee proposal content and sales presentations, and build sales pipelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least three years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and securing lucrative partnerships.
