Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts and drive growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Manage the overall retention process for existing accounts and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage proposal content and sales presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Build and maintain sales pipelines, research new business opportunities, and design lead-generation campaigns.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals and financial objectives.
  • Develop and manage the business development team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least three years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and securing lucrative partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
