About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aexus. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing innovative software technology solutions across the Benelux market.

Your key responsibilities will include defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning, initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, and developing relationships with partners and potential prospects.

You will be working closely with our Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Support team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
  • A solid understanding of the Benelux market and business culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and native-like communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You are goal-oriented, (sales) driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.
