Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Benelux market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing three highly innovative software technology solutions across the Benelux market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning with our SaaS partners.
- Initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
- Developing relationships with our partners and potential prospects.
- Guiding our partners in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition, and positioning it on the market.
You will be assisted by our Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Support team in this process.
Requirements- A completed bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
- A solid understanding and familiarity of the Benelux market and business culture.
- Experience with online prospecting and lead generation, strategic cold-calling, and deal closing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and native-like communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- You are goal-oriented, (sales) driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.
- A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
- A true self-starter that can operate independently and be a trusted team member.
