Business Development Manager SASE/SECOPS

Location: Netherlands

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for establishing relationships with large and medium-sized businesses on behalf of Fortinet, as well as maintaining and growing business with installation base partners/customers.

This role will focus on selling the breadth of Fortinet's capabilities, with a specific emphasis on SASE/SecOps engagements, infrastructure, and security services.

The successful candidate will manage the engagement and development of significant deals, and have an outstanding track record of selling complex solutions and services in collaboration with the in-country/territory team of Major Account Managers, Channel Managers, etc.

Responsibilities will include leading the development of an effective portfolio business plan, ensuring partner/customer satisfaction, and managing and developing a long-term sustainable pipeline of new deals.

The ideal candidate will have held various roles across numerous sectors, possess demonstrable expertise within SASE/SecOps, and have experience in big complex digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop account plans that focus on client relationship development and account growth/retention within install base and net new customers/partners.
  • Achieve the revenue targets set out.
  • Record and maintain all relevant information regarding partner/customers and contacts, prospects, and suspects in Salesforce.
  • Ensure full communication of Fortinet's sales & marketing objectives to all partners/customers/accounts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable expertise within SASE/SecOps.
  • Understanding of modern methodologies and movements such as design thinking, agile, and lean business models.
  • Experience in big complex digital transformations.
