Aexus is expanding its team in the Benelux market and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in this region.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing three highly innovative software technology solutions across the Benelux market. Your primary objective will be to initiate and manage multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure, and develop relationships with partners and potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning with SaaS partners.
  • Initiate and manage sales processes, including initial contact, lead generation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team to ensure effective sales processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native-like proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and organized, with a strong motivation to succeed.
