Join Our Team as an International Portfolio & Innovation Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive brand growth in Europe as our International Portfolio & Innovation Manager. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new product development (NPD) from concept ideation to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the NPD process, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Lead project teams to drive consumer-centric product innovation while considering feasibility and costs.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams and Category Management to develop winning NPD propositions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
  • Assess the existing product portfolio and identify areas for improvement to optimize and grow the portfolio.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for portfolio enhancements or discontinuations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on NPD and Portfolio management.
  • Proven track record in launching NPD from ideation to execution in market, delivering sales growth through retail channels.
  • Experience with project management and cross-functional team working.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market.
