Technical Sales Engineer: Driving Electrification

At Jedlix, we are revolutionizing the way people think about electric vehicles and charging. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to make zero-emission charging the norm for millions of EVs across continents.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a technical background and at least years of experience in engineering-facing customers. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of e-mobility, energy, or cleantech topics is highly preferred.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our commercial team when engaging with potential new customers, providing technical expertise and assistance with engineering questions and solution design.
- Assisting our customer success team in serving existing customers, answering technical questions, and supporting with solution design for new features and debugging existing issues.
- Working on the scalability of our platform and processes, contributing to our developer portal, and creating best practices and documentation.
