About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth and optimizing market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee assigned accounts and achieve top-line sales revenue for the represented brands
  • Identify and secure new distribution partners to extend market presence
  • Regularly review business performance and implement strategies that align with overall customer and company objectives
  • Execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the annual physical & digital activation calendar for customers
  • Track category performance and modify strategies to meet business goals
  • Implement pricing and trade fund strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of successful experience in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiation and growing profitable business
  • Experience in handling retail chains (e.g., AH, Etos, Jumbo, Kruidvat)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Pro-activeness
