About the RoleThe Key Account Supply Chain Manager will be part of the corporate team, reporting to the BNL Collaboration Manager. This role is a key part of the corporate BNL customer care, credit, and data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the most strategic customers of the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division in the Netherlands, working closely with the LDB key account managers and supply chain team, as well as the corporate customer care & credit teams.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate information sharing between customers, commercial, and supply chain teams regarding product availability, short-term catalog changes, promotions, and animations.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs such as Service Level, Dispute Rate, On Time in Full, Stock in Trade, Online Availability, and make data-driven decisions to fuel action plans.
- Identify business risks and develop pragmatic solutions to meet customer demands.
- Contribute to L'Oréal's sustainability goals by optimizing (return) flows and order frequency, and utilizing a Cost-to-Serve analysis for further optimizations in physical distribution.
- Lead projects for continuous improvement.
- At least years of experience in supply chain, customer care, or sales.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
- Proficiency in Dutch, with English as a must.
- Availability for full-time work (hours per week).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
