Manufacturing Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Financial Strategist to oversee all financial activities related to our manufacturing plant, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and providing strategic financial guidance to optimize plant performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all financial activities within the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard plant assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with plant management and cross-functional teams to develop annual operating budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures, and provide recommendations to address any discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and budgeting processes is essential. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills are also required.
